Implementing a project in any business or organisation requires detailed planning and co-ordination of multiple resources. 

ISG has a dedicated team of project managers working alongside our flexible and multi-skilled technicians.  Together, their combined expertise has enabled us to complete a variety of infrastructure deployments from single site installations through to complex multi-site projects - often in structurally sensitive environments - throughout the UK and Europe.

From the outset, ISG’s team of experienced project managers work with you to identify any critical requirements and potential constraints that should be factored into the project plan.  We will then work with you throughout the duration of the deployment to ensure that any unforeseen issues are dealt with immediately and we do whatever it takes to keep the project on track.

Our project management process consists of five key components:

• Initiation stage –  Scoping out the project and any specific requirements
• Planning/design – Detailed documentation highlighting time and budget constraints
• Execution – Delivery of the project by a dedicated team of highly qualified engineers with extensive experience
• Monitoring – Regular reviews throughout the duration of the project to identify and discuss any issues as they arise
• Completion – Evaluation of the project from start to finish

Following completion of installation, ISG is pleased to provide ongoing support and maintenance.
