ISG technology has been accredited to install structured cabling systems after becoming supportive partners with SYSTIMAX Solutions, ADC KRONE TrueNet® and Brand-Rex. These partnerships prove ISG technology’s dedication to providing customers with the highest level of IT service and support possible.
SYSTIMAX Solutions was created in February 2004 after the acquisition of Avaya Connectivity Solutions by CommsCope. ISG technology has been a business partner of Avaya since 1989 and the relationship continues with SYSTIMAX. ISG technology’s accreditation is awarded as a result of their knowledge, design, installation support, quality of service and reliability.
Simultaneously, to establish a partnership with ADC KRONE TrueNet®, ISG technology is required to demonstrate a pre-determined level of competency in commercial and technical practices and that a high level of trained staff is achieved and continually maintained. The partnership consideration included a number of criteria such as: skill levels, track record, reputation, ability to display joint business development capabilities, number of trained employees, credit ratings, etc.
At the same time, developing a partnership with Brand-Rex enables ISG technology to offer their customers a highly recognised product at a more reasonable price. ISG technology is able to fit blown fibre, which is installed in tubes in which fibres can be run, enabling the installation of additional fibre without the need to remove floors, ceilings, etc.
Through these partnerships ISG technology is able to design, build and implement cost effective solutions, meeting the highest quality standards and is able to tailor to individual customers’ specific needs, using safe and resilient technologies.
