  Edexcel
Edexcel is one of the leading academic award bodies in the UK. ISG implemented a new backup/storage solution which enabled Edexcel to consolidate data across their business making backups more efficient, less manpower intensive and easier for the network team to manage.
 
  Jim Beam
With our help, Jim Beam Brands Greater Europe has migrated to new IT platforms, rationalised its software and introduced new technical support arrangements. ISG provide a full hardware and software support service through personnel on-site, remote personnel with system access and by telephone.
  Kent Fire Brigade
Kent Fire Brigade wanted their emergency teams to receive critical data and rescue information much more quickly. ISG developed a robust GPRS data solution which seized the advantages of mobile internet access to improve the delivery of messages to appliances, increasing coverage and uptime whilst providing cost savings over the current data solution.
  PRS / MCOS Music Alliance
Our initial 3 year Managed Services contract (to provide 21 staff on site, providing helpdesk and desk-side services plus support and environment for 150 servers) has recently been extended to 5 years

We are in our fourth year of providing permanent onsite resource in conjunction with full remote monitoring and second line support. This is measured against a stringent SLA document that we strive to outperform
  Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council
ISG created an end-to-end service covering all their cabling and infrastructure requirements for both voice and data. Office moves, new developments and increasing user demands produce a constant workload, and we've created an integrated, workable solution to manage them.
MEMS

Patientline
 


Patientline are the leading installer of TV, telephone and entertainment systems to hospital beds. Impressed by our project management capability they appointed ISG as their main installer. In addition to installing their units to tens of thousands of hospital beds across the UK we helped to take them from an analogue network to a digital one.

Tesco
 
We are the preferred infrastructure services provider to Tesco providing network cabling and wireless connectivity to well over 1,000 stores and petrol stations. In addition we provide UK wide maintenance cover (8hr fix, 24 x7).
Hedra Consultancy
 
ISG deliver an innovative outsourcing deal which provides a centrally hosted server environment with a consumption based support model. This service provides a guaranteed 99.9% availability with full resilience and Disaster Recovery functionality. The Support element provides a flexible and responsive service Hedra's staff, the majority of whom are field based.
McDonald's Restaurants
 
ISG deliver a managed services contract providing helpdesk and deskside support services. This Contract provides permanent onsite support at the Head Office and regular onsite support in the regions.
In addition McDonald's selected us to support the entire McDonald's in-store EPOS infrastructure across the UK. We provide up to 4 hour response, seven days a week to 1250 sites nationwide.
KPMG
 
KPMG have approximately 38 Sites across the UK where we are responsible for carrying out all infrastructure voice faults, adds, moves and changes as well as major project works.
