ISG technology’s Multisourcing (Outsourcing) Solutions provide our clients easy access to high quality, extremely productive, loyal, knowledgeable and trustworthy personnel. Multisourcing allows the customer to choose how involved they would like to be, from full Outsourcing to the creation of a dedicated EU based team that remains under the customer’s control.
Our Multisourcing Solutions are Nearshore - EU based services. Most non-customer facing services can be relocated and handled by ISG technology in our European Support Centre.
Multisourcing Services
Activities and services that can be transferred to ISG technology include:
- IT Support Services – 24 x 7 Service Desk support, software development, network management, remote assistance, desk side assistance, virtualisation, server management and administration and IT support services.
- Project Support Services – maintains communication with clients, monitors hardware, logging and data entry, document preparation and AutoCAD design, generating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
