  • Compufix Computer Services - Outsourced 24x7 Help Desk Services

    Compufix Computer Services (CCS) required an outsourced Help Desk service to provide 24x7x365 support to 1,500 pubs across the UK. ISG technology’s Outsourcing Solutions provided by the European Support Centre proved to be an effective solution for CCS. Within one month ISG technology provided recruitment, preparing the premises, procuring all equipment, applications, interfaces, communications and training of the team.

  • Automotive Distributors Ltd. - Network Infrastructure Project

    Automotive Distributors Ltd (ADL) chose ISG technology to provide Cat5e cables, voice, fibre backbone and WiFi to ADL’s warehouses. The project was carried out during usual working hours, requiring additional co-ordination around ADL’s staff and daily operations to avoid impeding on ADL’s workflow. The biggest challenge of the project was the provision of a wireless link between two of the customer’s buildings, located 300 metres apart across a main road.

The Help Desk team is based in ISG technology’s European Support Centre (ESC) in Sofia, Bulgaria.
