Golden Gates Housing Trust had experienced a number of networking issues that resulted in an unreliable connection. Westminster Abbey required an update to its communications infrastructure, installing a new server and supporting cabling network. As one of the UK’s most prominent tourist attractions, work on the new installation required meticulous project co-ordination. Furthermore, the infrastructure needed to not only meet the current communication needs of the Abbey, but also built-in flexibility for any future moves, changes and additions.

The Council had previously used several suppliers to manage its IT infrastructure needs, but a general dissatisfaction with the fragmented services provided and spiralling costs led the Council to rethink its approach. ISG technology was able to demonstrate the flexibility required by the Council's IT team and worked with the Council to agree a pricing structure to suit both parties from the offset.
